Calypso Support role Requirements Summary: Experienced Calypso Support Analyst with 6+ years in supporting front-to-back office systems across trading, risk, and back-office operations .

Strong expertise in Calypso modules (Front Office, Back Office, Middle Office, Risk, Collateral, Settlement) with hands-on experience in production support and incident management . Proficient in L1/L2/L3 support , system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities Production Support & Incident Management Provided L2/L3 production support for Calypso application , resolving incidents within SLA in a 24x7 support model. Monitored trading, pricing, and batch jobs using tools like Control-M / Autosys and ensured smooth EOD/BOD processing.

Investigated and resolved trade booking, lifecycle events, settlements, and cash flow issues . Performed root cause analysis (RCA) and implemented preventive solutions for recurring issues. Functional Expertise (Good to have) Strong understanding of financial products : FX, MM, IRS, Bonds, Derivatives.

Supported trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, validation, confirmation, settlement, and accounting. Worked extensively on static data management : books, portfolios, LE, counterparties, holidays, pricing environments. Handled corporate actions, collateral margining, and reconciliations .

Technical Skills Skilled in SQL (Oracle) for data analysis, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc queries. Experience in Calypso database tables, trade logs, and event processing . Good understanding of Java-based Calypso architecture and debugging logs.

Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands for log analysis and job monitoring. Automation & Improvements Developed SQL scripts and automation tools for faster issue resolution and monitoring. Improved system performance by optimizing batch jobs and database queries .

Proactively identified system bottlenecks and implemented fixes to reduce incidents. Stakeholder & Communication Worked closely with traders, operations, risk teams, and business users to resolve issues quickly. Acted as a bridge between business and technical teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.

Provided regular status updates and incident reports to stakeholders. Release & Change Management Supported application releases, patch deployments, and environment migrations . Conducted sanity testing and validation post-release. Participated in UAT support and defect tracking .
