Who we are looking for The Audit Operations, Officer, will work closely with the Audit Operations VP. This role is responsible for key Corporate Audit governance activities by coordinating audit report issuance, maintaining audit data plan and governance processes, and scheduling Audit and Regulatory Validation tollgates.

The individual works closely with audit teams and stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, accurate reporting, adherence to established timelines, and effective documentation of governance activities. Through these responsibilities, the position contributes to the effective execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of Corporate Audit's governance framework.

What you will be responsible for As the Audit Operations, Officer, you will: Support the Audit Report Issuance process, including quality control checks, coordination of approvals, distribution of final reports to key stakeholders and maintenance of report issuance records.

Support Audit Plan Governance and Maintenance activities, including maintaining the audit plan, processing audit plan changes, tracking approvals and producing plan-related reporting and analytics. Coordinate end-to-end Audit and Regulatory Validation Tollgates, including tracking key milestones, scheduling meetings while ensuring adherence to the established timelines.

Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the accurate of issue management data and assist in Executive Report generation. Provide support for other Professional Practices, Audit Operations and governance-related initiatives as required. The ability to build effective relationships across various stakeholders. Effective communication skills, with an energetic and approachable style. Self-motivated, detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task, balancing business as usual activities and change initiatives.

Education & Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a related role with exposure to issue management, internal audit production and / or Compliance methodology. Bachelor’s / University degree, preferably in finance, accounting or related field.

Knowledge of and experience with Regulatory Validation and Issue Management Standards a plus Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
