- The Business Operations Lead serves as the owner of Public Sector Business Intelligence and operational excellence across Public Sector Business Operations. This role combines analytical impact and deep dive capabilities with program management discipline to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives and surface business intelligence on an ongoing basis. This role will be responsible for managing weekly business intelligence reports, cross-functional reporting and trend analysis as well as cross-departmental business intelligence projects. The candidate should be well versed in internal and external AI tools to ensure deliverables can be augmented as appropriate. Key job responsibilities - Manage the weekly business intelligence workflow, answering questions like 'What is going on by business?', 'What happened last week?', 'What does this mean for the future of the business?' This role will be delivering all the needed intelligence for weekly performance reports such as the WBR document

- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
