Markets Strategy & Transformation Program Manager , Vice President

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment to business outcomes (revenue, resilience, efficiency) Maintain a clear, consolidated strategic view across Markets and AI portfolios Drive consistency across Markets and AI delivery without creating overhead Support senior forums, product reviews
• strategic discussions Drive clear, outcome-focused storytelling (shift from activity → impact) Raise quality and consistency of narrative across Markets Tech and AI initiatives Ensure alignment across: Markets Tech, Product teams, AI / DMCAI, Key dependency orgs (GTS, etc.) Identify and resolve misalignment early to protect delivery outcomes Support the most critical initiatives by: Providing structure, Challenging direction, Ensuring clarity of outcomes and risks Ensure focus on high-impact, business-led AI use cases Bridge Markets Tech, Product
• DMCAI to enable scaled adoption Drive AI prioritisation based on measurable outcomes Align AI initiatives to enterprise strategy and industry best practice Maintain a single, transparent AI Book of Work to support prioritisation and decision-making Embed and maintain a standardised AI engagement model (intake → governance → delivery → handover) Enable reuse, reduce duplication
• promote scalable solution patterns across DMC Additional requirements Financial services or regulated environment experience required.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex programs in matrixed organisations.
• Strong program management / PMO background.
• Executive stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
• an equivalent field Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Must be a faster learner and multi-tasker Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Advanced PowerPoint, Excel

• PMP, PgMP, Agile or similar certifications desirable.
