You'll join a highly visible team embedded within Transportation operations, working shoulder to shoulder with Operations and Technology leaders to: -Learn how our network operates at the most granular level and translate that understanding into financial insight -Partner with business leaders to build the business cases behind network investments and cost initiatives -Drive programs and projects from concept through execution, measuring tangible impact on both our P&L and the customer experience -Surface inefficiencies and opportunities that others miss, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn analysis into action -Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and elevate the quality of recommendations you bring to the table What makes this role different The problems are complex, the data is massive

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience - 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 4+ years of identifying, leading
- executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience - 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA
