You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on helping clients enhance their finance function and organizational structure by analyzing current finance operating models, identifying gaps, and designing solutions to improve processes and roles.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and directing teams through challenging situations.
You will deepen your skills, initiate open coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues affecting team effectiveness. In this role, you will provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives, change management, and talent development to align the finance function with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
- Leading finance function optimization projects to enhance organizational structure and processes - Analyzing current finance operating models to identify gaps and inefficiencies - Designing and implementing solutions to improve finance processes, roles

- high-performing teams Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
