The Technology Operations Engineer leads medium to small projects involving the operational support and deployment. level 1.5 technical support of LAN/WAN, information technology. 24/7 Network operations. Handling and following up with Internet service provider issues.

Troubleshooting ISP issues, Site issues, Down Store Issues. Troubleshooting store related Network infrastructure issues. Hands on experience on managing and troubleshooting Juniper devices like switches, access points and routers and Juniper Mist.

Hands on experience on Cisco Router, Switch, FW, Load balancers. Hands-on experience on Service now and Ticketing Tools Hands on experience in SDWAN technology. Has expertise in Data and Voice Network topology and technology skillsets. IP Routing fundamentals Routing protocols - EIGRP OSPF BGP/iBGP/eBGP Experience in network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation, operational Support.

Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure solutions. Experience working with network diagnostic and management tools. Experience in the configuration and management network routers and switches.

Experience in firewall and/or security platform design and implementation. Experience working with load balancing technologies. Experience in the design and implementation of IP services, DNS, and/or DHCP solutions. Cisco Certified CCNA/CCNP any one is mandatory.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field) 3 years of experience in an IT support environment with technical experience in distributed technologies and systems development Experience with systems (both infrastructure and applications) management, diagnostics, and support Familiarity with networking, server, storage technologies and with n-tier architectures.

Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field 3 years of experience leading technical or project teams with or without direct reports 3 years of work experience in an IT role requiring interaction with senior management (i.e., Director level or higher) 3 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization 3 years of experience working with third party IT vendors and/or systems solution providers 3 years of IT experience in the retail industry 3 years of experience writing technical documentation in an infrastructure development environment Knowledge of one or more of the following: Unix/Linux/Windows server administration experience (RedHat); Configuration management and automation tools; Database administration experience (RDBMS, NoSQL); Messaging technologies (MQ.
