About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Program Management Lead (Senior Lead Business Accountability Specialist) in Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) supporting Business Resiliency and Incident Management and reporting to the CBL Resiliency Lead.

This individual contributor will provide strategic, operational, and governance leadership in support of Business Resiliency and Incident Management. In This Role, You Will

  • Strategy Execution & Business Management Translate executive strategy into actionable plans, priorities, milestones, and success measures.
  • Establish and manage organizational objectives, key results, and performance reporting.
  • Drive execution alignment across multiple teams, business lines, and enterprise partners.
  • Monitor initiative progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to delivery.
  • Coordinate annual planning, budget management, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, talking points, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Support leadership decision-making through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Governance & Executive Leadership Support Lead governance routines supporting leadership committees, risk committees, and executive reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of organizational activities with enterprise governance standards.
  • Develop executive communications for senior leadership, regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, operating reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Drive accountability for commitments, deliverables, and action plans.
  • Incident Management & Operational Event Leadership Support executive leadership during high-severity incidents, disruptive events, and crisis situations.
  • Ensure adherence to incident governance, escalation, communication, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional executive communication during significant operational events.
  • Oversee post-incident reviews, lessons learned activities, and remediation tracking.
  • Identify recurring themes and systemic risks across incidents and operational disruptions.
  • Provide leadership insight regarding resiliency, recovery readiness, and operational effectiveness.
  • Resiliency Program Integration Ensure alignment across business resiliency, continuity planning, testing, recovery, and third-party resiliency initiatives.
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide resiliency initiatives impacting CBL products, services, customers, and operations.
  • Provide oversight of strategic resiliency enhancement programs and modernization efforts.
  • Monitor resiliency performance indicators, risk metrics, and regulatory commitments.
  • Support long-term resiliency strategy development and execution.
  • Risk Management & Regulatory Readiness Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Regulatory Relations teams.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for audits, reviews, examinations, and regulatory engagements.
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory findings, audit issues, and corrective action plans.
  • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and enterprise policy changes.
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and control effectiveness.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Support Drive organizational communication, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support leadership succession planning and talent development activities.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and organizational alignment.
  • Lead special projects requiring executive sponsorship and enterprise coordination.
  • Serve as a connector and relationship manager across business and functional organizations. `Required Qualifications: 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance

  • Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
  • Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
