Quality Analyst

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and clarify issues Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before production deployment Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective Develop and maintain test documentation, including test strategies and reports Support test automation efforts where applicable Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies Support with FFS PTS Documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) Experience in manual testing and exposure to automation frameworks Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Fast Framework Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript) Experience with SQL, ETL ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Technology ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Applications Support ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above. ------------------------------------------------------ Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.
