We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager I who is excited about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you'll build the network design plans along with the key metrics to drive improvements and detect opportunities that help our team and partners see what's happening across the network — aiding better decision making. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, scientists
- product managers who will support your growth while giving you real ownership of meaningful work from day one. Key job responsibilities - Partner with teammates across product, science
- engineering to understand what questions the business needs answered — then design and deliver the data solutions to answer them. - Build detailed network design recommendations along with maintaining interactive AI dashboards/visualizations that track how the transportation network is performing. - Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational performance, uncover root causes of issues
- recommend improvements backed by data. - Proactively look for ways to make existing reports and dashboards faster, more accurate
- easier to use. - Analyze historical trends and key lessons learned from previous experiences to surface insights that support planning and forecasting decisions. About the team The Network Design, Planning and Engineering (NDPE) team supports the connectivity and flow of Amazon's transportation network through data-driven insights. We are a collaborative group of supply chain managers, data scientists and data engineers who value curiosity, knowledge sharing

- exposure to complex, large-scale data challenges.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
