Title: Commercial Specialist Job Profile Role Commercial Specialist - Grade 30 Employment Type Full Time Location KBR Pune, India Reports to Sr Procurement Manager Job Description: Desired Qualification: Bachelor/ Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration Relevant Experience : 12 to 15 years Requirement: Good written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including project, procurement, logistics and legal.

Working experience in multinational companies in complex project environment in Procurement, Supply Chain, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders like sales, project, engineering departments, compliance, legal, contract management and relevant domain.

In addition to Project Management role the candidate should be well conversant with contract related issues, procurement flowdowns etc. Negotiation skills with Vendors for purchase of equipment / goods / project flowdowns w.r.t prime contract and having sound knowledge of Buyers/ KBR favourable terms and conditions, applicable laws, statutory compliances, rules and regulations.

Compliance to Code of Business Conduct Implement and maintain the company strategies, policies and procedures with suppliers and external parties and ensure best practice procurement processes are continually developed. Analyse the internal processes and performance and align with external parties / suppliers.

Monitor compliance with respect to supply agreements by requesting supplier reports. Liaison with legal, finance and other internal stakeholders and obtaining approval on contractual matters Develop and maintain processes for contractual documents that are due for renewal and provide feedback on recommended action.

Maintain system information with current and updated supply terms and documents. Claim management.
