District Pharmacy Coordinator The District Pharmacy Coordinator supports pharmacy operations across the district by coordinating key workflow activities, payroll and scheduling processes, and follow-through on district priorities that affect service, compliance, and business results.
This role helps create consistency across stores by organizing communication, tracking follow-up, and supporting action plans tied to pharmacy performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pharmacy-related initiatives, priorities, and follow-up across the district Support payroll processes, follow-up, and issue resolution to help ensure accuracy and timely completion Assist with pharmacy scheduling coordination to support workflow needs, coverage planning, and execution across stores Track progress on workflow, staffing, scheduling, and operational action plans Support district leaders and store teams with communication, scheduling, and execution of pharmacy priorities Monitor key performance measures and help identify stores needing additional follow-up or support Help organize district calls, meetings, and action items to ensure clear accountability Partner with store leaders and pharmacy teams to reinforce deadlines, expectations, and process consistency Assist with escalation tracking and follow-through on issues affecting workflow, service, compliance, payroll, or staffing support Maintain organized records, reporting, and communication related to district pharmacy operations Preferred Skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication Comfort working with performance metrics, payroll processes, and operational reporting Strong attention to detail Ability to build partnerships across multiple stores and teams Sound judgment in handling sensitive or time-sensitive issues Preferred Experience Pharmacy operations experience Experience supporting multi-store or district-level work Familiarity with workflow measures, payroll coordination, scheduling support, staffing needs, and operational reporting Experience working with store leaders, pharmacy teams, or cross-functional partners Success in This Role Looks Like District priorities are clearly communicated and consistently followed through Payroll and scheduling processes are supported accurately and on time Store leaders know what is expected and where follow-up is needed Workflow and operational issues are surfaced quickly and tracked to resolution District leaders have stronger visibility into progress, gaps, and support needs Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $28.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
