" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned NestJS Developer Level: Senior Associate Location: Bangalore LOS: One Consulting Competency: GCC Skill: Nest JS Job Position Title: Software and Product Innovation - Software Engineering – Senior Associate - CS - G Responsibilities: Developing new use cases as per user story defined Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Working closely with senior developers on feature development Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the codebase Mandatory skill sets: 6+ years of backend engineering experience with strong hands-on delivery ownership. · Strong expertise in Node.js + TypeScript, with NestJs (preferred), JavaScript and Express/Factify fundamentals. · Solid understanding of: · REST API design, versioning, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) · Asynchronous programming, queues/events (Kafka exposure preferred) · Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling (Azure SQL / CosmosDB exposure is a plus) · Strong testing discipline: unit/integration testing, mocking strategies, CI quality gates. · Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD practices. · Production-grade troubleshooting skills and a strong quality mindset. · Experience with Azure cloud services and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/AKS). · Experience building event-driven microservices and distributed systems. · Knowledge of performance tuning, caching patterns, and resiliency (circuit breakers, retries, idempotency). · Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and large-scale digital ecosystems. · Excellent problem-solving skills with strong object-oriented design and development practices · Experience working with scalable, high-performance mobile applications · Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments is an added advantage · Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Preferred skill sets: NestJS Dev Years of experience required: 3 to 7 years Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA /M.Tech Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Node.js Optional Skills Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Android Operating Systems, API Management, Appian (Platform), Application Development, Application Frameworks, Application Lifecycle Management, Application Software, Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management (BPM), Business Requirements Analysis, C#.NET, C++ Programming Language, Client Management, Code Review, Coding Standards, Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Creativity {+ 46 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
