Let’s talk about the role: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of test automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for Oracle ERP and Fusion modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Financials, SCM, etc.).

Lead the creation and execution of automated test plans and test scripts to ensure Oracle ERP functionality meets design specifications. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.

Drive automation coverage across regression, functional, integration, and performance testing. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure automation efforts align with business goals. Provide regular reporting on test automation progress, coverage, and overall product quality.

Partner with Oracle ERP implementation teams to ensure smooth integration of automation frameworks during upgrades or new implementations. Advocate and promote automation best practices, including reusable components, data-driven testing, and modular automation scripts.

Stay updated on emerging trends in test automation and bring innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of ERP testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation , with at least 5+ years focused on Oracle ERP systems.

Experience leading a test automation team or managing QA projects in a large enterprise setting. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, or Procurement. Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Opkey, and/or other Oracle test automation tools.

Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), test planning, and execution in an Agile environment. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation within DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and SQL for backend validations and ERP data verifications
