As a Transportation Procurement Program Manager on the Global Supply Chain and Transportation Procurement (GSCTP) team, you will support the integrity of carrier payments and shipment manifests across multiple transportation modes. - collaborate with teams across finance, technology
- procurement to solve problems that directly impact Amazon's bottom line. Key job responsibilities Own the OM program across modes — drive root cause analysis, design and implement process improvements
- deliver measurable reductions in OM volume. Own payment resolution outcomes by tracking and resolving carrier payment discrepancies and invoice disputes in coordination with Controllership and procurement buyers, ensuring timely closure and accurate financial reconciliation. Monitor and analyze OM and payment data, performance metrics
- trends — preparing inputs for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and surfacing risks or anomalies to senior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Transportation Financial Systems (TFS), Controllership, ShipTech
- carrier contacts to investigate and resolve manifest and payment discrepancies. Build and maintain mechanisms (metrics, escalation paths, review cadences) that proactively catch issues before they become systemic. Represent the OM/payment program in leadership reviews, articulating trade-offs and recommending investment decisions. Scope and prioritize across competing workstreams with incomplete information, defining the path forward for the team. Maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- compliance controls supporting OM and payment resolution workflows. Drive automation and efficiency initiatives by identifying manual or repetitive activities and partnering with technical teams to design and implement streamlined processes. - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
