- As a leader of the OpsTech Solutions application development team, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. Key job responsibilities - Lead and grow a team of SDEs and Systems Development Engineers

- 3+ years of managing system or software development teams experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
- a related field - Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development life cycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing
- operations - Experience partnering with product or program management teams - 5+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- Experience communicating with users, other technical teams
