Responsibilities
- SAP HCM Implementation : Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- System Configuration : Customize and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
- Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO and SuccessFactors.
- User Training : Conduct workshops and training sessions for HR teams and end-users.
- Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system upgrades or patches. 🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR business processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP HCM consulting or implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , HR, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
