Title and Summary Vice President, Product Management Job Description Summary Senior product leader accountable for the strategic direction, P&L performance, and commercial scaling of Mastercard's Cardholder Service portfolio across Europe. Owns end-to-end product strategy, vendor ecosystem governance, and go-to-market execution — balancing global agreements and platform consistency with local market relevance to drive revenue growth, product differentiation, and superior cardholder experience. Role Scope & Accountability - Owns the Cardholder Service product roadmap, commercialization strategy, and P&L for Europe. - Acts as the senior regional product authority, partnering across Global Product, Core Consumer, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. - Drives sales enablement, scaled implementation, and operational excellence across 30+ European markets. - Leads resolution of complex commercial, vendor, or regulatory issues impacting portfolio performance. - Lead a team of 15 + product managers and program managers Leadership & Strategy - Shapes the multi-year product vision for Cardholder Service in Europe, aligned with Consumer Product and regional priorities. - Identifies, builds, and commercializes new Cardholder Service propositions (core, optional, fee-based) with clear business cases. - Partners with Core Products and Emerging Payments to embed Cardholder Service into broader Go-to-Market and platform strategies. - Ensures executive governance and stakeholder alignment across all major initiatives. Sales Enablement - Owns the commercial performance of the portfolio, translating capabilities into issuer value propositions and revenue. - Embeds sales orientation and commercialization mindset across product design, pricing, packaging, and rollout. - Partners with Sales and Account Management to support strategic deals, upsell, bundling, and premium positioning. - Leads competitive intelligence and market research to identify growth levers and portfolio gaps. Operational Excellence - Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Cardholder Service programs, from launch to steady-state. - Oversees vendor ecosystem: contractual compliance, service quality, cost discipline, and scalability. - Drives simplification and standardization across markets to improve speed, quality, and economics. Financial Accountability - Owns portfolio profitability

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Sales/Account Management.
- Deep payments, financial services, or cardholder benefits industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record commercializing products at scale across multiple markets. Skills & Capabilities
