This role supports the delivery of core infrastructure projects including new distribution centers, warehouse automation implementations, and large-scale overhauls of existing (brownfield) facilities. Success hinges on the ability to build healthy cross-functional collaboration, communicate effectively, and apply strong organizational and project management practices.
In this role, the ideal candidate will: Support large, matrixed implementation projects that advance network strategy and modernization Apply strong project management skills to deliver key initiatives against defined project metrics Manage pilots and evaluations that support business cases for new and enhanced operating models Drive supply chain transformation through data-driven decision-making and business case development Help streamline and standardize processes and ways of working Define requirements, project plans, deliverables, and timelines, and track projects through to successful completion Required Qualifications Ability to travel up to 50%, up to 2 weeks/month to CVS Distribution Centers in PA, NJ, VA. 3 years of supply chain, operations, or engineering experience 1 year of infrastructure project management experience (e.g., DC build-out, automation implementation, or facility overhaul) Exposure to warehouse automation and/or material handling systems (e.g., conveyor and sortation, goods-to-person/ASRS, pick- or put-to-light, robotics) Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience supporting warehouse automation or material handling implementations Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) PMP certification Superior relationship-building across cross-functional teams, with excellent partnership, communication, and negotiation skills High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, shift priorities, and meet critical deadlines in a continuously changing environment Strong business acumen, including the ability to identify and track operating metrics that evaluate business case success Highly self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision Refined communication skills across all levels of the organization Experience applying process improvement methodologies Bachelor's degree Education High School Diploma/GED required.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
