To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Direct Buyer to join our talented Procurement team at our Berlin HQ. As a Direct Buyer in Direct Procurement at Grover, you will be at the heart of one of the fastest-moving parts of the business — sourcing the devices that power Grover's subscription catalogue across Europe. You will report directly to the Head of Procurement and work in close collaboration with the Category Management team. The role sits at an exciting inflection point: we are scaling into a full-fledged procurement function
• means genuine ownership and visible impact from day one. You will get hands-on experience across new and B-stock sourcing, OEM relationship management
• supplier negotiations — building skills that span commercial, operational and analytical domains. As the team matures, there is a clear path towards more strategic work including supplier tenders, demand-driven buying
• supporting Grover's growing B2B business. What you will own & build:
• Taking care of one of the fastest growing categories in our portfolio
• making sure we have the latest and greatest tech to offer our customers. You will own and build procurement strategy for the categories you take care of

What You Bring

• 1–3 years experience in procurement, buying or supply chain — e-commerce or tech preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with suppliers
• Analytical mindset — confident working with data and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of consumer electronics categories (mobile, audio, smart home, TV) a plus
• Fluent English; additional European language a bonus
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously What you will love about us:
