As a Senior Operations and Program Manager within the DC Security International Programs team, you'll take ownership of the Cleared Escort Program (CEP) — driving it from concept through to full operational readiness potentially across multiple regions. This isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about creating the blueprint that will define how physical security infrastructure operates at scale across some of the most sensitive environments in the country. You'll be the driving force behind end-to-end program delivery, orchestrating complex workstreams, aligning diverse stakeholders

Key job responsibilities You won't just manage programmes here — you'll architect them. Your core mission is to support the Cluster Security Managers to take the Physical Security Infrastructure from vision to reality, building the operational framework, recruitment pipeline

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of physical security initiatives across multiple regions, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing the intricate web of dependencies that come with large-scale infrastructure programmes. Every decision you make will ripple across Region Build timelines
  • you'll be the one ensuring security workstreams dovetail seamlessly into the broader delivery cadence. Your days will be defined by strategic thinking and decisive action — developing programme roadmaps, tracking milestones against timelines

A day in the life Partner with Regional Security Manager and all Data Centre Security Managers, infrastructure and service Technical Infrastructure Program Managers and Project Managers to capture the escort requirements across the lifecycle of the region. Work directly with cleared escort vendors and personnel security partners to procure, clear, onboard/train, schedule and deliver the resource to customers. Maintain routine communication with stakeholders for daily escort utilisation. Measure, assess and report out program analytics and voice of the customer feedback in support of business reviews.
