Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support program planning, scheduling
• milestone tracking for C-130J/H engineering and sustainment programs Manage documentation for avionics, propulsion
• propeller upgrade programs, including NP2000 retrofit efforts Coordinate communication between engineering teams, logistics personnel, depot facilities
• government stakeholders Assist with configuration management, contract deliverables (CDRLs)
• technical documentation Prepare program briefings, status reports
• engineering support packages Track action items, risks
• program dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines Support workflow processes, data management
• program execution activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or 10 years relevant experience Experience supporting aerospace, defense
• government programs Familiarity with C-130J/H avionics, propulsion
• propeller systems preferred Strong organizational, communication
