Account Executive
- The Production Executive oversees budgets, schedules
- overall production plans for series and pilots, working closely with Post-Production, Business Affairs
- Creative Development teams. Key job responsibilities Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee scripted content projects through development, production, and post-production
- Collaborate on hiring Line Producers, key crew, and production staff, and on selecting physical production facilities and technical vendors
- Partner with show producers, line producers, production managers, and creative executives to assess budgets, schedules, and production plans
- Develop budgets and schedules with internal teams, ensuring plans stay on track; anticipate and communicate risks early, and collaborate on solutions
- Maximize efficiency by leveraging domestic and international tax incentives
- Travel to set as needed to evaluate workflow, budgets, and potential problems
- Analyze cost reports and partner with Finance to mitigate budget risks
- Serve as liaison between show/production teams and internal creative, business affairs, legal, post-production, and marketing groups
- Mentor junior team members
- Experience dealing with high profile talent - Experience working on international productions - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- effective communication abilities - 8+ years of experience in physical production of scripted content - Extensive experience managing budgets and cost reports across productions of all sizes - Strong knowledge of major industry guilds/unions and global production incentives - Exceptional communication, negotiation
- problem-solving skills in high-pressure, multi-project environments - Highly skilled in MMB (Movie Magic Budgeting) and Excel

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
