- An experienced Software Engineer with domain expertise and a passion for solving complex business problems.
- Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for cross-functional team success.
- An expert in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile engineering practices, staying current with industry trends.
- Collaborates effectively with Product Owners/Business Analysts and multi-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release high-quality features.

- A mentor who supports team members and fosters a culture of learning, inclusion, and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, Master’s with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Supply Chain ERP (E-Business Suite 11i, R12) Modules -Advanced supply chain planning (ASCP) ,Order Management and customization is a plus
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and web service integration.
- Strong understanding of Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, REST Apis, Node.js and Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Practical experience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development work
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience on Prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG / AI-assisted automation
- Relevant certifications in Java, Oracle, Cloud technologies, AWS, and AI/ML.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure
- Proficiency in Generative AI (Gen AI Green Belt), MCP tools and Data Science & Security Green Belts
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Oracle, MongoDB
