This role is ideal for early-career engineers passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems . The engineer will contribute to the design, development, evaluation, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including AI Agents, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and intelligent automation solutions .

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work with modern AI technologies and solve real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities AI & Agent Development Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using modern frameworks and tools.

Build Agentic AI workflows capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step problem solving. Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge retrieval techniques.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows. Machine Learning & Model Development Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.

Participate in model fine-tuning and customization of foundation models for domain-specific use cases. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization. Analyze datasets and identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

Generative AI & LLM Solutions Work with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, etc.). Evaluate model performance using established benchmarks and metrics. Experiment with techniques such as: Fine-tuning, Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), LoRA, Prompt Tuning, RLHF concepts Improve AI system quality, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.

Engineering & Deployment Develop production-quality code following software engineering best practices. Build AI services using Python and modern AI frameworks. Participate in MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.

Create technical documentation, design artifacts, and presentations of AI solutions Technical Skills Strong programming skills in Python . Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals: Supervised Learning Unsupervised Learning Model Evaluation Feature Engineering Knowledge of Deep Learning concepts and neural networks.

Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models. Familiarity with: Scikit-learn Pandas NumPy PyTorch or TensorFlow Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling techniques. Understanding of REST APIs and software development practices. Familiarity with Git version control.
