  • We are looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site role based in San Jose, CA (working in-office Monday through Friday), reporting to the Workplace Experience Sr. Manager in the People & Culture Organization. You will ensure a best-in-class, end-to-end workplace experience for all employees and external guests across managed sites while promoting a productive, efficient

  • What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
  • Oversee daily workspace operations, including mailroom, security, janitorial services, food and beverage programs, parking, and site amenities
  • Align physical workplace layouts and workflows with organizational needs by applying modern space management practices
  • Develop and execute strategic workplace projects and initiatives aligned with both local and global organizational goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with the People Team and key stakeholders to organize activities and events that drive employee engagement
  • Maintain and optimize site workflows to ensure a seamless on-site experience for employees and external guests

  • What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
  • On-site availability in San Jose, CA (Monday through Friday) with experience in a workplace role, including site lead experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor administration, change management, and establishing operational workflows
  • Proven project management skills with experience overseeing complex workplace initiatives from conception to completion with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting space planning and allocation, including analyzing desk density and utilization metrics to optimize physical layouts
  • Ability to evaluate facilities systems and leverage facility data dashboards to monitor space performance and drive continuous operational improvements
  • What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Direct experience managing office relocations, facilities build-outs, or renovations
  • Proven experience collaborating with P&C Strategy Operations to manage headcount projections and dynamic seat envelopes
  • Strong track record of leveraging cross-functional relationships to execute multi-departmental culture and workplace initiatives

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience

  • The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
  • Base Pay Range
  • $96,600 — $138,000 USD
