- We are seeking a visionary VP Product Marketing to lead the global strategy for our industry-leading Security & Risk portfolio. In this role, you will architect our positioning and messaging, ensuring ServiceNow’s ability to secure and govern every asset and identities - IT, OT/IoT, Medical Devices, critical infrastructure, human identities, NHI, AI Agents - is clearly differentiated and communicated to the world. You will oversee global growth plans for ServiceNow’s Security & Risk portfolio, defining our positioning and developing a differentiated narrative around our AI-powered innovation. As a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, you will identify untapped market opportunities and leverage a deep understanding of the CISO’s and Chief Risk Officer’s pain points. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Analyst Relations teams, ensuring ServiceNow maintains a dominant "Leader" position across all relevant Industry Analyst reports [Gartner, Forrester, IDC, …] What you will do: Strategic Growth: Identify expansion opportunities within the ServiceNow portfolio, specifically targeting the convergence of Security capabilities in the Agentic era. Differentiated Messaging: Develop high-impact messaging that articulates the ServiceNow value proposition across the entire asset attack surface, ensuring resonance with both technical buyers and C-suite executives Analyst Briefing: Support the strategic relationship with industry analysts, working closely with the AR teams. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $260,900 - $300,000 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
