Management Consultant

Citigroup’s Non-Agency Residential Mortgage Transaction Management Group, a unit within Global Spread Products, is seeking to add an Analyst to its existing team. The broader business trades Residential Loans, provides debt facilities, securitization and advisory services to our institutional clients and touches non-agency assets including seasoned performing, re-performing and non-performing loans, new origination prime and near prime loans, HELOC and closed end second mortgages, mortgage servicing rights, small balance commercial (SB C) loans and single family rental (SFR) and I-Buyer assets.

Existing clients are well capitalized non-bank originators, hedge funds, private equity funds, servicers, single family operators and REITs with expertise in originating, aggregating, and/or managing residential mortgage assets. The candidate will gain exposure to data analytics, due diligence, both pre and post-settlement, contract negotiations, and will support the trading and banking functions within the overall business.

The Analyst will interact with some of Citi’s top clients and will be introduced to the fixed income securities markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the residential mortgage market
