  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
  • a related field - Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP) - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby - Experience with QA, testing, helpdesk, IT support
  • any technician or quality assurance type work - Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)
  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification - Knowledge of the primary AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53
  • S3 - Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution in a school project or while working for a company - Experience with infrastructure as code, ops automation
  • configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet
