In dieser spannenden Position überprüfst Du routinemäßig die Produktkonformität mit den Konstruktionsanforderungen und stellst objektive Nachweise der Prüfergebnisse bereit. Du führst Audits, Überwachungen und Kontrollen durch, identifizierst und dokumentierst Abweichungen und steuerst den Umgang mit nichtkonformen Teilen.

Darüber hinaus führst Du vorläufige Bewertungen und Entscheidungen zu Nichtkonformitäten durch, arbeitest bei der Produkt- oder Prozessverifizierung mit Kunden zusammen und leitest bei wesentlichen oder wiederkehrenden Problemen Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.

Deine Tätigkeiten und Verantwortungen umfassen die...: Durchführung und Dokumentation von Maßprüfungen gemäß Konstruktionsunterlagen und AQL-Stufen sowie Sichtprüfungen auf offensichtliche Mängel. Prüfung von Zertifizierungsunterlagen zur Sicherstellung der Rückverfolgbarkeitsanforderungen gemäß AS9100 und den Qualitätsstandards von Boeing.

Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erstellung von Prüfplänen sowie bei der Durchführung interner Kundenaudits und Audits durch externe Stellen.. Teilnahme an internen und externen Online-Schulungen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung. Koordination mit Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern zur Klärung von Qualitätsproblemen, Prüfung von Inspektionsergebnissen und Unterstützung bei der zeitnahen Behebung von Abweichungen..

Pflege vollständiger Prüfberichte, Qualitätsdokumentationen und Aufzeichnungen zu Prüfmitteln gemäß den geltenden Verfahren und Standards. Grundlegende Qualifikationen: Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Luft- und Raumfahrt-, Automobilindustrie oder Logistik. 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.

Kenntnisse in Prüfmethoden und -verfahren der Qualitätssicherung Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischen Prüfmitteln wie Mikrometern und Messschiebern. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch. Grundlegendes Verständnis von technischem Englisch zur Interpretation technischer Zeichnungen und anderer Unterlagen.

In this exciting role, you verify routine product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results. You perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring, identify and document discrepancies, and control non-conforming items.

You also conduct preliminary reviews and dispositions of non-conformance, collaborate with customers during product or process verification, and initiate corrective actions for significant or repetitive issues. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include: Performing and documenting dimensional inspections in accordance with design records and AQL levels, as well as visual inspections for obvious defects.

Review certification documents to ensure traceability requirements in accordance with AS9100 and Boeing quality standards. Supporting the team in developing inspection plans and conducting internal customer and third-party audits. Participating in internal and external online QA training courses.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to clarify quality issues, review inspection results, and support timely resolution of discrepancies. Maintain accurate inspection records, quality documentation, and measurement equipment logs in accordance with applicable procedures and standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) Completed technical training, apprenticeship or similar within the aerospace, automotive or logistics industry. 2+ years of professional experience in a comparable position. Ideally, you have knowledge of QA inspection methods and procedures.

Proficient in the use of mechanical testing equipment such as micrometers and calipers Fluent German. Basic understanding of technical English to interpret technical drawings and other paperwork. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experienced in using the MS Office package. Prior experience working with common ERP systems, particularly SAP.
