This team brings inspiration and innovation to some of the world’s biggest stages and the most passionate athletes all over the world. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are currently looking for a Lead Graphic Designer, Nike Training Speed & Inline Apparel to help define the future of Nike Training.

We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Design Storyteller with proven design excellence, enthusiasm, curiosity for creative problem solving, and a passion for sport. They thrive in ambiguity, are driven by curiosity and lead with optimism.

Their creative talent is equaled by their ability to think strategically and consciously champion ground-breaking thinking and the thinking of their teammates. They play a key role in the conceptualization, design, and development of apparel graphics and branding elements.

These designers have an affinity for world-building and storytelling through graphic design, integrating narrative elements that resonate with consumers and athletes. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? This role will focus on Nike Training “Speed” program.

You will be responsible for the conceptualizing narratives across multiple collections through Graphic Visual Centers and Presentations. The “Speed” program also requires designers to be available for factory travel 4 times a year, to align product development to an expedited timeline.

If this is you, you’ll be working with Product and Design partners aligning on construction, development, insights, and various presentation gates. A typical day/week consists of working closely with your Apparel Design teammates to ensure we’re creating the future of sport/culture across Nike Training.

This can range from brainstorm sessions on creative strategies to meetings designed to review graphics, apparel and color designs to achieve the desired goal. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will work closely with the Graphic Design Director, Apparel Leadership, Product Leadership and apparel teams to help Nike create the future of narrative driven graphic design across the Nike Training apparel portfolio.

You will be reporting directly to the Nike Training Graphic Design Director. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. · A compelling portfolio demonstrating research‑driven design, concept development, problem‑solving, and polished execution (link or PDF required). · Strong foundation in typography, color theory, brand identity, and core design principles, with growing expertise in product design from ideation through final execution. · High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with solid skills in Photoshop and InDesign. · Ability to conduct in‑depth research and translate insights into clear product narratives and compelling visual storytelling. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven success collaborating across cross‑functional teams and presenting concepts to stakeholders. · Demonstrated creative agility, positive attitude, self‑awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity through ambiguity to completion.
