  • drive implementation to resolution - Build and operate fraud monitoring and response frameworks that enable early detection and rapid containment of attacks across 20+ marketplaces - Establish and manage partnerships with external stakeholders (payment networks, brand partners, industry groups) to improve fraud signal coverage and enable collaborative prevention - Own fraud performance metrics and executive reporting — author business reviews for VP-level audiences with clear narratives on performance, root causes
  • forward-looking plans - Develop scalable operational frameworks (risk assessment criteria, escalation processes, decision frameworks) that enable regional teams to participate in fraud management - Ensure fraud readiness for new product launches and market expansions by embedding preventive controls into the product development lifecycle
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
  • communicating results to senior leadership
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree
  • MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Knowledge of general AI tools - Experience designing, implementing
