Audio Sales GTMs are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), global Go to Market (GTM) teams, and Product. They are responsible for: 1) Scaling audio GTM strategies across LCS
  • 2) Developing and implementing tailored vertical strategies
  • 3) Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products
  • 4) Partnering with LCS and Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes
  • and 5) Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive annual commitments. As an Audio Sales GTM, you work with account teams to develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Amazon’s Audio Ads offering with advertisers and ensure your customers’ audio investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking a lead in strategizing audio solutions for our advertisers, diving deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon’s benefits, and working internally to innovate solutions that meet the objectives of our advertising customers. This role will define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions. As an individual contributor, you’ll be joining an elite sales organization and will benefit from having direct access to multiple leadership teams. Candidates should have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling digital audio and/or terrestrial radio both directly and programmatically. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of the streaming audio landscape, experience negotiating and closing deals, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts. Key job responsibilities
  • Drive the European Amazon Ads Audio sales strategy by serving as a primary liaison between Product organizations and European sales teams
  • Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that address varied requirements across Locales
  • Partner with other SGTM teams to create and maintain sales enablement frameworks that help teams articulate our audio media and ad tech capabilities to customers and stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around our advertising solutions
  • Analyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments to sales teams and customers
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales
  • Consulting - Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements - Experience in Digital Audio and Programmatic advertising
