Client Delivery is a key pillar within the Client Organization, responsible for coordinating and delivering client practices. The team operates at the intersection of client relationship management, technology, analytics, and operational execution.
It provides consistent client metrics, segmentation, and insights across businesses and regions and is responsible for the implementation of cross-divisional client metrics including revenue, profitability, and market share, as well as client segmentation based on client activity and future opportunity.
Acting as a strategic intermediary between various senior groups across Citi, the Client Delivery team works closely on high-impact projects with the Executive Management Team, Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, and the broader Client Organization.
The team is involved in developing, maintaining, and governing key internal Citi-wide applications on Citi Client Central - including Account Planning, Voice of Client and Briefing Memo, among others - that help drive the commercial objectives of the firm.
In this role, you’re expected to: Support Senior Client Engagement efforts for the CEO, Executive Management, and Global Chairs; develop new ideas and methods to elevate senior presence in ways that benefit Citi as a whole Drive client prioritization efforts for senior leadership ahead of high-profile strategic events such as Davos, Milken, IMF Annual Meetings, and similar global forums - ensuring targeted engagement with the right clients to maximize impact and relationship outcomes Calculate and determine the return on investment (ROI) of strategic events, analyzing client engagement outcomes, opportunity flow, and revenue attribution to assess effectiveness and inform future participation strategies Provide reports for various Citi-wide initiatives, reviewing senior performance using Revenue, Wallet, Capital, and Returns metrics Create and distribute bi-weekly Senior Client Engagement dashboards, daily executive movement alerts, monthly client deal activity summaries, and similar client-related materials to the Executive Management Team, Global Chairs, and Senior Coverage Team Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of the Briefing Memo tool on Citi Client Central - a critical application designed to equip the Executive Management Team and senior leaders with comprehensive, data-driven client profiles ahead of key meetings and engagements.
Ensure the tool delivers timely and accurate insights covering revenue performance, deal activity, and strategic opportunities to enable informed and impactful client interactions Support the development, enhancement, and data reporting of the Account Planning tool on Citi Client Central, which sets the foundation for executing the firm's client growth and returns strategy.
