- problems. Responsibilities
- Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
- Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.
- Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
- Answers customer and field support questions
- provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues. Must Requirement: 4+ Years of working experience on the Web Based application development Should possess the following skills: - Business Analysis - Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Effective Communications - Software Change Request Management - Software Engineering - Software Problem Management - Software Product Business Knowledge - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent Good To Have Requirement: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent This position requires working onsite five days a week.
