In This Role, You Will

• Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy Consult, develop, market
• manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies

• high-impact solutions Establish and track clear success metrics, embedding data-driven decision making and continuous improvement into the team’s operating model Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery
• equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale system or process build-out and transformation efforts within regulated or enterprise environments Strong grounding in data-driven leadership and initiatives, including defining KPIs, using analytics to inform decisions
• measuring outcomes Experience building and scaling user and customer-centric solutions across teams Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across a highly matrixed organization Job Expectations: Ability to travel occasionally in the US and Canada.
• Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, current requirements are 4 days in-office.
