- timely reporting solutions across supported region. This role ensures alignment to enterprise reporting standards, drives consistency in regional reporting operations
- partners with Corporate Reporting and Line Unit teams to translate data into actionable insights that support decision-making and operational excellence. Responsibilities Responsible for standardized, reliable
- timely reporting delivery across supported region and line units. Establish and evolve a consistent regional operating model aligned with Reporting Center of Excellence standards for reporting delivery, governance
- engagement. Partner with Corporate Reporting to ensure alignment to enterprise reporting standards, definitions
- control expectations. Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Automation teams to identify opportunities to standardize, automate
- optimize regional reporting processes. Oversee consolidation of reporting activities previously embedded in line units, improving transparency, scalability
- efficiency. Own prioritization, capacity planning
- demand management for regional reporting work. Drive adoption of common reporting tools, platforms
- delivery practices aligned to enterprise architecture. Act as a key escalation point for regional reporting risks, issues
- dependencies. Ensure reporting solutions are repeatable, governed
- sustainable as scope expands across additional domains. Apply future-state thinking to mature regional reporting capabilities over time, aligned to global strategy. Skill Descriptors Business Assessment: Knowledge of business processes, operating systems

- Collects required business data through various data sources.
- Utilizes designated data analysis software (both internal and external) to analyze business data.
- Investigates data requirements in the business data analysis process.

- ability to design, build, and develop a new Reporting Solution from concept through to production via the collaboration with other teams. Level Working Knowledge:
- Communicates with professionals to understand various requirements of solution design.
- Tests and evaluates alternative means of production being considered for use.
- Uses automated tools to design or modify the design of a solution.
- Assists in building a complex prototype of solution. T his position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week . Compensation & Benefits: Summary Pay Range : $ 94,728 .00 - $151,572.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance
