Job Summary We are looking for a competent Parts Order Analyst for our Aftermarket Parts Distribution division. This role will be responsible for managing dealer/customer orders, handling customer problems with professionalism and skill to deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
Job responsibilities might vary, but could include: 1. Verifying and managing Backorder details with respective Dealership / regional customer services 2. Building rapport and communicating on a regular basis with the appropriate facility and process partner contacts on order status and details while developing an understanding of expectations for a given dealer as best as possible. a.
Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective dealers , network customer services staff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates. b.
This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions. 3. Engage Engineers, Product Groups or Technical resources for guidance as appropriate 4. Initiate weekly/monthly call to provide update on the order status/progress to dealers /regional team/ Aftermarket reps/Product groups. 5.
Research and/or identify alternate solutions that might address critical situations – such as alternate part numbers, upper levels, or component build-ups not listed in NPI. 6. This analyst will also be responsible for first level of elevations and work to resolve before elevating to respective supervisors or other work groups. 7.
This role may on occasion also provide backup support and coverage for overseeing high priority/ critical orders Order Management Goals, but are not limited to: . Improve service fill and reduce backorders for dealer orders . Timeliness to answer/respond or act on sales force cases, phone calls and emails. .
Initiative and possibly other aspects with respect to engaging help to identify solutions . Volume of orders worked . Provide backup and cross functional support as needed . Others as determined with supervisor Qualifications: . Bachelor degree / Diploma (3 years) with equivalent experience .
Minimum three years of job-related experience in supply chain domain . MS-Office skills and good presentation skills . Attention to details and strong customer focused . Demonstrated ability to work independently and to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and background .
Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills .
