As Publicity Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company, you will be part of the team supporting publicity campaigns across Disney, Pixar and National Geographic releases, while also providing support across other studio labels, including 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures, as required.

Our ideal person is resourceful, flexible, creative, loves a changing day, and enjoys keeping the many moving parts of a publicity campaign running smoothly. Of course, you have to love our brands as much as we do! You will be responsible for: Support in maintaining the media databases and responding to general media enquiries.

Supporting the delivery of publicity campaigns across theatrical and streaming releases, including influencer and creator engagement. Creating engaging presentations and slide decks to communicate campaign updates to the wider Studio & Franchise Marketing team.

Assisting with the coordination of local publicity tours, premieres and press events. Coordinating media screenings, including booking venues, preparing and distributing invitations, managing RSVPs, attending screenings and capturing attendee feedback.

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Publicity team, including coordinating meetings, travel and accommodation, raising purchase orders, reporting and budget tracking to help ensure campaigns run smoothly. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Experience in the film, entertainment, public relations, media or a related industry.

Budget management experience/knowledge Advanced MS/Apple skills and the creativity to develop engaging presentations Ability to multi-task in a team environment with ever-changing deadlines and strict budget constraints Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to anticipate impacts and consider issues from a broader perspective.
