Make your mark in Multinational AIG's Multinational business designs, implements, and services bespoke multinational insurance programs for global clients, empowering them and their broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of underwriters, risk engineers, and analytics and claims professionals to deliver customized, compliant, and seamless solutions that support our clients' global risk management objectives.

How you will create an impact This is an external broker and client facing role responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of Multinational programs, working in close partnership with product underwriters and distribution. You will represent AIG as the central point of contact for Multinational client and program management and will also support new business.

You are also responsible for a seamless, end to end Multinational experience in adherence with SLAs and operational requirements. Key accountabilities will include but not limited to: Client & Program Delivery Manage and oversee all aspects of multinational service delivery for your assigned portfolio and be accountable for the overall client experience.

Proactively manage stakeholders to design programs prior to inception, and agree, implement, deliver, and monitor the scope of service on all allocated accounts. Provide direction and guidance across the Multinational Business Model and AIG Network to ensure appropriate program design and effective delivery.

Provide multinational technical expertise to underwriters to ensure compliant program structure, design, and adherence to local regulatory requirements. Lead the promotion and adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process, ensuring all parties understand and commit to roles, responsibilities, and timelines to deliver contract certainty.

Lead day-to-day service delivery to ensure timely, accurate local policy and invoice issuance, meeting agreed program SLAs, and ensure Multinational service fee discipline. Partner with Product Underwriters on the approval of facultative reinsurance panel participants and collection of compliant reinsurance documentation.

Partner with Global Fronting Underwriting to facilitate Captive service delivery and new business. Engage with multinational claims to support timely development of claims bulletins/protocols and respond to ad hoc program enquiries. Operate as the senior external service contact, providing regular program performance updates to the appointed broker (or client) in collaboration with Product Underwriters and Distribution.

Coordinate periodic Multinational client/program stewardship meetings in alignment with underwriting and distribution. Technical Leadership & Growth Act as a Multinational subject matter expert and escalation point for colleagues on program design, territorial issues, and related problem solving.

Contribute to the development, qualification, prospecting, and conversion of Multinational targets within your assigned span of control. Support the profitable growth of the multinational portfolio in collaboration with product and distribution.

Help identify and contribute to internal and external strategies that align product offerings and grow AIG's multinational business. Deliver structured internal and external Multinational training as required. What you’ll need to succeed Commercial insurance experience across multiple lines of business, preferably in client servicing (broker or insurer background).

Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures and territorial/regulatory issues. Client focused, with experience working with multinational corporations and engaging senior client personnel, risk managers, and executive management.

Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence outcomes. Strong time management and analytical skills; highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously and on own initiative.

Ability to handle multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet tight deadlines and SLAs. Proven ability to motivate others, build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and operate as a strong team player. Ability to identify operational improvements and build the technical knowledge and experience needed to deliver them.

Strong computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, whilst also learning proprietary systems. Applicants must have valid rights to work in Australia, as employer sponsorship is not available for this position. Ready to set new industry standards?
