We are seeking an experienced Lab Engineer with a strong mechanical background to join our testing laboratory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various testing equipment, transducers, data acquisition systems
mechanical assembly capabilities. Key job responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test procedures for mechanical and electromechanical systems
Build, modify, and maintain test fixtures and equipment
Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test equipment and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability
Participate in the assembly of material handling equipment
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration compliance
Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
Experience in testing and QA environments - Experience with mechanical systems - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail
effective communication abilities - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills -
Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools -
Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical assembly of diverse equipment particularly Material Handling Equipment
Experience Experience working with Material handling equipment (MHE)
experience in similar environments - Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD experience and understanding of best practices for part design
advanced assemblies - Experience with project management -
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods -
Familiarity with quality management systems -
