We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to be the most high-value-add concierge. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, ambitious and determined person who wants to take their career in the customer service and concierge space to the next level.
This role will be working within our travel team, which is one of the world’s fastest-growing travel businesses. You will communicate with clients, suppliers, and fellow team members to provide best-in-class service to our members. You will select relevant accommodation and transportation options and ensure every detail is checked so that members have a stress-free travel experience and create memories that will last a lifetime.
What you’ll do Assisting clients in booking travel ranging from commercial flights to hotels to vacation homes and car rentals Using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers Working with global suppliers to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market The skills and experience you need Proven experience at a travel agency Experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel booking systems A passion for travel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends We are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.
