  • 🔥 Your Mission
  • Own your pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle — qualify leads, engage prospects via phone and email, deliver consultations, and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Be the trusted advisor: Understand the needs of small businesses and guide them toward the right SumUp solutions (card readers, POS, software, services).
  • Showcase value: Run product demos and consultations that clearly communicate how SumUp simplifies operations for merchants across DACH.
  • Drive performance: Meet and exceed ambitious sales KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Collaborate and grow: Work closely with your peers in our Berlin office, share best practices, and contribute to a high-energy, success-oriented culture.
  • Champion customer insights: Track progress, share learnings, and help shape how we continue to improve our approach to merchants in the region.
  • 🧠 We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience in sales — ideally in POS, SaaS, hospitality, retail, or similar industries
  • Is fluent in German (C1+) and strong in English for internal teamwork
  • Enjoys consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships
  • Thrives in performance-driven environments and is motivated by clear, ambitious targets
  • Communicates confidently and builds rapport quickly
  • Is self-driven, resilient, and eager to grow professionally
  • Brings a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the team and to every customer conversation
