What You Will Do

- On any day you might: Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key business drivers and deliver data, analytics
- insights that inform decision-making Generate reporting and ad-hoc data analyses to identify trends, anomalies
- opportunities across multiple lines of business Create and maintain data visualization dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows Required Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
- PowerPoint, with strong technical capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis and reporting to drive insights and outcomes A combination of academic proficiency, quantitative skills
- advanced written and oral communications skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment An understanding of statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively
- contribute to a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience developing impactful presentation decks to communicate insights, summarize analyses
- support business recommendations Prior experience with tools such as SAP, Power Query or VBA, SQL, Tableau or Power BI Education: College Junior or Senior preferred Major or previous coursework in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics
- related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information: Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship Fully available from Monday - Friday, 40 hours each week, during traditional business hours Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $22.50 per hour.
