Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at Working at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo (wellsfargojobs.com) In this role, you will: Administer Special Needs Trusts as part of a team for the benefit of beneficiaries with varying degrees of disability and/or incapacity Work with trust partners, attorneys, caseworkers
- other professionals to ensure that Special Needs Trusts are administered in conformity with trust provisions, bank policies, Social Security regulations, Medicaid regulations
- other legal requirements Work with families of disabled individuals and field trust officers to determine needs of beneficiaries and appropriate distributions from trusts Administer trusts in a manner that prevents disqualification of beneficiaries from SSI/Medicaid and other means tested government benefit programs Work with a variety of professionals, including attorneys, tax professionals, social workers, case managers
- health care professionals to develop and offer solutions to problems facing disabled individuals and their families Identify risk issues on Special Needs Trust accounts
