We Deliver – Together. The Opportunity: Join our team as a Supply Chain Assurance Coordinator and help ensure the performance, compliance and resilience of our Defence supply chain. Working with internal stakeholders and subcontractors, you'll coordinate assurance activities, monitor supply chain risks, and support continuous improvement to deliver critical Defence capability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support supply chain assurance activities, including audits, reviews, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual requirements, service levels, quality standards and safety expectations.
  • Identify, assess and support the mitigation of supply chain risks that may impact program delivery.
  • Maintain accurate assurance records, performance reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Support the onboarding, engagement and ongoing management of subcontractors and supply chain partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to facilitate effective governance and information sharing.
  • Contribute to supply chain performance reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure assurance deliverables and contractual reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • As the ideal candidate you will bring: A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement, Project Management, Quality Management or a related discipline
  • equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, subcontractor management or assurance within a complex or regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain governance, risk management and performance monitoring principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, interpret data and provide practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Desirable Experience working in the Defence industry or a regulated engineering, maritime, aerospace or sustainment environment .
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, with SAP or other ERP systems and ISO standards experienc e .
  • All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
  • Only candidates holding a Baseline Clearance or above should apply.
