Markets Product Manager, Assistant Vice President

Who we are looking for Markets Product Manager, Assistant Vice President supports the execution of a portfolio of initiatives, delivering product and infrastructure to our State Street Markets trading business teams. The Markets Product Management team encompass es all aspects of the business : strat egy implementation; design, development and implementation of client facing product , trading infrastructure and operational models ; risk oversight metrics and reporting .

You will work to support trading business es across M arkets , including Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading which operat es in more than 10 sites globally . T he Markets Product Manager will partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal and other business partners to execute initiatives and deliver product and infrastructure aligned with our strategic priorities.

The Markets Product Management team is at the forefront of implementing both change the bank and run the bank initiatives across State Street Markets.

What you will be responsible for T he successful candidate wil l w ork with business leaders to implement strategic and tactical init i atives , will partner with technology, o perations and other business partners to deliver product and infrastructure aligned with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements .

Partner with business leaders to identify product , trading infrastructure and operating models necessary for the succes sful implementation of strateg y and initiatives Usher prod uct through internal and regulatory govern ance Define product features and develop product overviews, w orkflow s and visual artifacts to crystalize product use, and process owners.

Work with technology to drive technology solutions and deliverables to meet product requirements . Build relationships with business partners (i.e . Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance , Procurement etc.) and ensure they understand business needs to create robust and sustainable solutions.

Be come a subj ect m atter expert for the trading business es across initiatives and projects. U nderstand the full trading flow life cycle and objectives and priorities of the business . Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs in order to recommend solutions and options .

Develop and execute project s to me et c hanging needs and requirements . Identify and frame risks and issues as well as ensure their t imely resolution or escalation . Define the workflows, processes, policies and procedures utilized to conduct our trading businesses .

Effectively communicate , collaborate and develop relationships with diverse stakeholders with varied interests. What we value 5 + years industry experience (Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst preferred) Subject matter expertise in trading and capital markets (FX, Rates, Fixed Income preferred) D emonstrated success executing multiple project s and business initiatives within complex o rganizational settings .

Demonstrate capab il i t y to interact, negotiate and influence at all levels of management and across the organizations. Outstanding organizational, analytical and consultative abilities. Bachelor’s Degree Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.

If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
