- operations teams to improve Amazon Key products and the customer experience. Key job responsibilities Project Management: Own projects and initiatives from intake to on-schedule delivery, setting timelines, surfacing risks and blockers early
- keeping stakeholders aligned on progress Business Insights & Analysis: Provide clear analysis of large quality assurance system-testing data sets, deliver actionable recommendations for sales leaders
- identify the root cause of technical issues Data Visualization & Reporting: Build metrics and dashboards that track operational improvements and product reliability
- surface timely insights to the right stakeholders Cross-functional Collaboration: Align engineering, product, operations, management
- suppliers by running focused working sessions, building consensus
- using analysis to resolve ambiguous requests and technical challenges Documentation & Communication: Deliver clear written and verbal communication while transforming raw inputs into technical documentation for testing, installation
- sales procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all sources. Process Enhancement: Identify automation opportunities across our product and testing systems to increase productivity and improve the sales operations experience Operational Support: Drive operational management activities, including technical product research, hands-on system testing

- Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data - Experience in technical support work, engineering
- an operations environment - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - 2+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting
- testing hardware and software products - Basic engineering knowledge across mechanical, electrical
- software domains, with hands-on hardware experience
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company - Experience in project/program management - Experience with Blueprint and electrical schematic reading - Experience in the mechanical or controls field
