Health Services Leadership Development Program Associate

The Health Service Leadership Development Program (HSLDP) is a post-graduate general business management leadership development program that advances leadership growth through rotational experiences within the health service space, inclusive of Cigna Healthcare (health benefits provider) and Evernorth Health Services (pharmacy, care, and benefits solutions).

HSLDP A ssociates attain breadth and depth of experience through three to four rotational roles across multiple lines of business and functional areas. Each rotation lasts between 18-24 months in length within a 5–7-year timeframe of P rogram tenure.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,500 - 167,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
