About The Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join the Liquidity team within the Global Payments & Liquidity line of business. this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business as the bank invests in strategic modernization initiatives, new product capabilities, and industry-leading client solutions.
The successful candidate will work across product, technology, sales, finance, and executive leadership teams to drive high-impact initiatives that support the evolution of the bank's liquidity and treasury management offerings. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges
In This Role, You Will
- Lead product simplification and transformation projects across the transaction banking product portfolio, including within liquidity products Act as an advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives
- develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management Work with product managers, operations, risk, finance
- technology stakeholders to organize and transition the business processes to align with the strategic operating model Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in Corporate Treasury, Management Consulting, Global Treasury Management, Commercial and/or Corporate Banking Experience with Jira/Confluence building confluence pages and/or new reports Experience executing and delivering on large transformational programs Experience preparing strategic communications and articulating within presentations Experience leading strategic priorities and projects end to end Change management and delivery experience Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Experience with Jira/Confluence building Confluence pages, content and/or new boards and reports Excellent verbal, written
- interpersonal communication skills Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic objectives Job Expectations: This position is hybrid work model, must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN office approximately 3 days a week Pay Range: Charlotte, NC: $119,000 - $187,000 Minneapolis, MN: $131,000 - $206,000 Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
- Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
